I just took delivery of my 2013 Kite Blue Cooper S Bayswater edition on Valentine's Day (it seemed appropriate). I love all the unique things about the Bayswater, but my favorite has to be the two different colored side mirrors.
I'm in the Delaware-Maryland-Virginia area. A quick search of an auto-buying website found 9 Bayswater Editions at dealers in this area. I'll try to get a photo up soon, the weather is horrible here right now.

Here's the PDF from Mini describing the package:
http://www.miniusa.com/specialAndLim..._Bayswater.pdf
The Bayswater edition comes in three colors: Kite Blue, Midnight Black and Eclipse Gray, and includes some nice options like automatic climate control, Xenon headlights, and 17" Jet Black sandblasted wheels. The seats are Rocklike Anthracite punch leather and are very comfortable with adjustable lumbar support.
The bonnet stripes are unique: one blue/one gray stripe. The mirror caps continue that theme with one blue mirror and one gray. Both mirror caps have fine black stripes that look like eyelashes. The blue/gray theme is more subtle in the interior, with some blue and gray double stitching on the gear shift boot, blue stitching on black floor mats, and small "Bayswater" tags on the seats. I probably missed a few things, but that's most of it.

The first day I collected my Bayswater at the showroom in Sep 2012
Sent my car for a window tint
Installed a couple of gobadges to the grille
Decide to inject some fun and character to my bayswater, doing up the roof decal
my customised rear boot decal to match the bayswater theme
Send my car for a caliper paintjob
Got a set of koni fsd with matching NM alpha lowering spring to achieve a lowered look, enhance handling as well as to eliminate the harsher of the ride
Slap my bayswater with a set of NM RSe05 rims, 5mm spacers with long bolts and replaced my oem RFT with a set of CSC5 215/45/17 profile non-RFT tyres to further enhance the ride quality
My bayswater after 6-7 months of ownership
My bayswater and his friends
