Bonnet won't close with bra. (nose mask)
 

Got around to installing my nose mask on the MINI today. Problem is, the hood won't close now :confused:. Is there anything that needs to be adjusted?

Can't help with the fit of your bra. I can say i had one on a vehicle (not a mini) a few years back and never again. I had more scratches and rub marks under the bra from crap getting under it.I really put it on because i thought it looked cool. Now i just make sure i keep the front clean and waxed, good luck with yours....

When my car wears it's bra I the hood closing is a little more snug but it closes just fine. Of course it just wears the hood part, maybe with the bumper part it would be even more snug. Just make sure nothings in the way of the latches.

I have the colgan bra(just hood part) and it does make closing the hood tighter. I am not sure but my wife says she thinks when i have it on that a smells comes from the engine compartment. I have checked it several times and nothing seems to be rubbing.

Gotta Colgan bra and no problems.

UPDATE!!

Finally got it on. I had to lower the hood bumpers and push the hood closed, but now it latches...
