are these rotors okay?

I ordered zimmerman rotors yesterday and i just received them, when i unboxed, the rotors are dirty and little bit scratched. this is first time i bought the rotor in my life so I don't know if it's normal or should i return them? please see pictures and let me know. Thanks

While I would not be happy receiving them in such condition, so long as they are not gouged or have any lip on the scratches, I'd be okay with it (albeit again not happy). Honestly, I'd ask for a refund/replacement if it had even a hairline because I just want them to look nice before I start using them.

Those are great stock replacements!

As far as the scratches, I wouldn't sweat it. They wil be gone after you bed them.

Scratches should not themselves be problematic...

...but I wouldn't use braking components from a company that shipped such crap.

Is it gouged? if so, I wouldn't use them. If light scratch who cares they will be fine.
