10 + years and counting, 64k on the odo. Still representing!

 

i sadly parted ways with mine last month after 10yrs of ownership. it was mostly trouble free, but did have a couple issues that required fixing. at 87k miles, it seemed like it’s better days were in the past, and the used car market has been red hot. i ended up selling it to carvana. now i need to offload the JB+ and can tool i still have. anyone interested? 😜

 

Sorry to hear she retired. Sounds like she hung in there, wasn’t exactly a short term relationship about that JB4 may have to think about that one

 

let me know! it really transforms the car. i've never driven a JCW, but i hear folks say the MCS with the JB+ is similar to the JCW in power level. i want to say i was seeing ~19psi of boost with it. i was one of the original beta testers and terry burger actually had my car for a few days to debug it.

also, if you've never seen the can tool in action, it's pretty dope! the speedometer can be set to show boost once you're over 5psi. i also had the candy corn fuel lights set to show timing. there is a handful of other functions that the can tool is capable of.
