I didn't know you could get a free metal one.. that is cool. But I like carbon fiber so I will probably wrap mine in dry cf.

I don't understand the concept of doing this. You have to take it out every time you start your car up. Seems like a waste of energy to me.

is their any other place to get this http://www.outmotoring.com/leather-key-holder.html as a guy you uses my comfort access 99.9% of the time I want this bad! but its out of stock!!!! SADNESS!

Just picked up 2 metal rings for the 08, any dealer should have them. And yes my 11 has metal ones as stock.

Makes a huge improvement and easy to install.

These guys have something similar. I got one for my wife for her Countryman key fob, it was pretty nice.

My '08 had the plastic (chrome painted) ring completely worn off.
I was within the 4 year warranty, and they replaced it with a metal chrome one free of charge. Works great.

i have a 2011 so my key has a metal ring i just want to have the holder for extra class

anyone have one?
