Softer clutch at high RPM's

I have noticed that the clutch pedal resistance is decreased greatly during high RPM shifts (2011 MCS). Should I be concerned?

Cheers!

How many km/miles have you done??? Maybe your still going through the break-in period???

I have about 1700 miles. How long is a typical break in period? The manual said 1200 miles (but hat may just be for the motor).

Cheers!

If you do a lot of highway it is possible that it would take your clutch longer to break in considering that you are not changing gears as much and that could be why your now starting to feel the clutch getting a bit softer. Another thing could be that your getting used to the clutch pedal. In my case, I did a lot of city and I mean a lot of city so I noticed my clutch get softer a little bit before my break in period was done. After that the clutch was consistent but I also noticed that I had got used to the rather snappy pedal (when compared to my Skoda Fabia). As long as the clutch isn't slipping you shouldn't have an issue. If you still don't feel comfortable go to your dealership and ask them if this is normal.
