Time won't pass quickly enough!

Hey all! I finally convinced my wife that she needs to get a Mini Cooper S now that the lease is up on her Mustang. It was a battle (she also was wanting another Mustang GT) but we placed her an order last week for a Chili Red/White Cooper S with all four packages and the web-spoke silver wheels (it's also an auto...she can't drive a manual...mine's a 6spd though) She's excited, I'm excited, I can't wait! It's currently "in production" and she's checking the OL everyday, haha!

Is there a list anywhere of things that are different between the R53 (mine's an 05) and the R56? I know the basics (turbo versus supercharge...exhaust is different, no more CVT, etc) but a complete list would be great!

Anyhow, this place will be my support through the agonizing weeks to come, haha! Can't wait until we're a two mini family!

For the list of everything different, it'd probably be a shorter list to do things that are still the same.

Yes, it was a very tough call...but with gas prices going back up...and we drive quite a bit (our families live about 100 miles away) it didn't make much sense to pay that kind of $$ for a car we can't drive anywhere but around town. :-(
