What's the final word on 15'' steelies and a R56 MCS?

I have found a deal on some 15'' MINI steelies with winter tires, but still can't find a definitive answer on whether or not they will fit the R56. I've seen mostly 'probably not', but not a response from someone that tried it and failed or tried it and succeeded. What's the final word?

No they will not fit.:sad::no: They will not clear the calipers.

I believe you will need at least 16 inchers to clear the big brakes the R56 comes with.
