Ordered!....But can't track?
I placed an order for a cooper about a week ago and just received the production number from my MA, however when I entered it in on the website, it redirects me to BMW's website and I'm unable to track it.
Anyone know about how long it takes before the MA puts in the order until it shows up in their system? Thanks in advance... |
me too. My MA said others are having the same problem. MA said next week should be back and up and running.

Figure 4 or 5 days after you received the production number.

Yeah the tracking system is pretty slow to update. My car was at sea for over a week before it updated to show that it was shipped and another week before it said it was at the VDC :roll:

The Owners Lounge is woefully behind for the most part.
Call 1-866-ASK-MINI and give an associate there your production number. They'll be able to give you the most current information on your car that is available. The Owners Lounge said that my car was still in transit the day that my M.A. called to say that it had arrived at the dealer! |
Same problem here, trying to create an account gives this error: "This vehicle is for the BMW Owners' Circle site."
