I just wish the plate holder could be mounted higher so the top of the holder is flush with the top of the bumper. And why is the holder so much wider than the plate?

I say skip the front plate no matter what state you're in.

Sweeping, incorrect generalization..... nice try though.

I purchased my car in a state that requires front plates, and took it to a state that requires front plates, and I have no mounting plate drilled into my bumper.

I specifically told my MA NOT to drill holes in my car....period.

Perhaps, but this has in fact happened to some and this was the policy directly stated by the dealership. Of course, we all know know that all dealerships are not created equally.
