Well it's here, finally!:nod: And after 4 "cute" comments:mad: and plenty of stares:thumbsup: , I took time while at Allstate to take some pics of me mini!!! I still need to add rims and tires but this will do for now. Enjoy my ab/ab with painted arches!!!!

I bought the tires at costco about 2 months ago and I talked to them about what I wanted to do. Bring in tires and wheels and have them mount them for me (big fan of costco). They agreed. Now that I have the car, I go in, and they said they can't mount them because of certain overall wheel size policy and wheels. So this whole time I was looking forward to having costco put my wheels on (and with nitrogen) and in the end, they couldn't!! I was so bummed out!! But hopefully, I'll get them mounted where I bought the wheels or at the dealership!!

You can always take them over to American Tire and they will mount them for you. I talked with Costco about tires before and they gave me the same reply so I just orderd from Tire Rack and had them send the tires to American tire for mounting.

South Bay Mini did it for me. I think it gives it a much cleaner look. IMO, when you don't have the arches painted on any other color besides black, it looks good, but with astro black, the black plastic on the car, looks a little off.

So Cal! Yes the painted arches on your AB Mini look awesome. Unfortunately, the hard part has only begun as you tredge your way through the break-in period. It's bitter sweet. Have fun! :thumbsup:
