R56 "Motor"boating on Undine!! I NEED HELP!!
Congrats Pav!! Hopefully you only have a short wait now....
8 days down 1 to go for Minibird!!! The Undine left the Halifax port yesterday at 5pm. It has about a 650 mile sail from Halifax to NY harbor. It does about 110 miles every 6 hours, that puts the Undine into port at Bayone NJ (ny harbor) around 6am tomorrow morning.
BUT, as I have said, WHO is counting??

Thanks Birdman. As I said before - being in the dark now is a bit of an adjustment...
I hope the Undine gets to NY quicky and safely... according to my status history on W&W, I was discharged shortly after 5pm yesterday.
Anyways, I'm happy that both of our "not counting" days have neared an end... !!

You can't zoom in at all, or do anything else, but it is live. And you can't get to the link any other way (that I could find anyway!). I cut and paste the link from an old thread from 2 years ago on a BMW site.

EDIT: Wow, just noticed the Undine is now gone from the "AIS radar" screen. Either it is now docked and turned off it's AIS tracking, or it actually left!!
But Minibird isn't showing as discharged yet??

Great news! I'm loving the Undine - reliable, traceable, and efficient. What else can you ask for in a ship??
Anyways, congrats on you guys welcoming your MINIs onto US soil. I'll bet yours is a matter of days away, seeing as you're so close to the harbour, Birdman!!

I'm sitting exactly 41.5 miles from Minibird right NOW. My house is about 60 miles from Minibird right now. My dealer (Mini of the Hamptons) is about 91 miles from Minibird right now.
But once again, who's counting!!

Well, first, you can see Minibird has been discharged from the Undine, then, you can see the Unidne has left NY Harbor and is on it's way down south. Bet the Capt is glad Minibird is offloaded, and he won't be "stalked" any longer!!

Minibird is at the dealer. Pickup on 7/3 or 7/5 being that 7/4 is the big Birthday. So next year not only will I be celebrating the birthday of this great country on the 4th, but also the birthday of Minibird being brought home.
Pickup on 07/03 or 07/05??? Is it even negotiable in your mind?
I'd be camped out at the dealership TONIGHT...and they'd be scurrying to ready my MINI just to get rid of me first thing in the morning!

Wow! Congrats!!! Post pics!
I had to check out this thread due to my not being too excited about tracking my Mini. It was ordered 6/29/07 and should arrive in mid August I'm told. I got burned out on the tracking thing with my hubby's Shelby GT500 that he finally took delivery of in 12/06. It was worse than carrying my son for 9 months and giving birth. Watching the ups and downs my hubby went through was just too much. I'm not sure I want to put myself through it. Although I'm thinking that all this history would be nice to look at one day down the road.
Excellent tracking job!
Congrats again!!!

It was getting dark when I got home, so I just took a few shots..... Lets see, the dealer is 25 minutes away, pickup was 5:30, finished at 6:00, didn't get home till dark (9pm), hmmmmm.....
