crank, won't start with code Fuel-level sensor

N14 engine.
Scanner shows 2D52, DME: Super knocking
I pulled fuel pump fuse F46 out and run engine to empty fuel till engine stopped by itself. The fuel gauge shows 3/10 tank fuel.

Unhook the battery negative. I removed Intake manifold and cleaned intake ports which had huge carbon residues. After I assembled all intake manifold, and parts together, I may crank engine however it won't start.

Run OBD-II scanner, there are new DTCs related to Fuel level sensor.

ID:1, Engine electronics DME, Fault|5
DID:2755, Description: DME: Fuel-level sensor
DID:27C4, Description: DME: Fuel-level sensor
ID:9, Instrument cluster KOMBI, Fault|2
DID:9319, Description: Instrument panel: Fuel level sensor, left
DID:931A, Description: Instrument panel: Fuel level sensor, right
ID:15, Junction Box electronics JBE, Fault|2
DID: A6E4, Description: JBE: Fuel level sensor, left
DID: A6E5, Description: JBE: Fuel level sensor, right
Any suggestion to fix the issues?

Fuse 46 works. No power is sent to fuel pump pin 2. If battery is connected directly to fuel pump, fuel pump works.
