What's this part called?

Can someone tell me what this rubber piece is called? I need to replace it on both sides. It seems to keep road noise down and water out but I can't find a good exploded diagram that tells me what it is so I can order it. Thanks.

Yes it is but the other one on the drivers side looks to be missing.
