crooked hood?

So on my '08 clubman I have this crooked hood as a problem since i got it back in september. On the drivers side the hood is touching the rest of the car as you can see in the picture. the passenger side has a gap in between and sits nicely. This has my hood look only slightly crooked but enough to get me annoyed hahah.

I've already tried using the rubber ***** under the hood but they haven't helped at all. Has anybody else had this problem? I've tried looking for this online but I haven't been able to find anything at all!

Looks like this was in some find of collision for sure.
MINIs fitment has never been great, but I think this is fouled bodywork.

Loosen the lower hood bolts and raise it up 1/8 to 1/4 inch

The hoods are quite flexible, I managed to correct mine by simply grabbing the edge and physically shaping it by pulling and pushing until it was regular all round. Kind of panel beating for the heavy handed.

Do you know which bolt exactly I'd have to loosen? or is it something that I'd just have to figure out as I'm playing with the bolts

I'll give this a try if moving the bolts doesn't work
