New Bell to the Ball!

1 Attachment(s)
Greeting NAM R55 owners or should I now say fellow owners! After MANY months of hunting and waiting and searching I finally chose the right Clubby for myself and picked her up yesterday. Meet Thunder...

Attachment 149128

2013 Clubman S loaded, 11K miles, Nav, Recaro's, JCW parts here and there. Dealership sucked as many do and it was a long battle for the right deal but I think in the end I did ok! He stands a little tall currently but that will be rectified shortly with some NM springs, on the short mod list as well is intake, exhaust and either an ECU flash or a JB+. Some other things that are much needed is roof rack, hide a hitch and cargo liner for the dogs(just ordered). Look forward to being an active member here, I am a total car enthusiast, you can see my 97 AutoX setup Miata in back, love to wrench, love to talk cars and LOVE to drive!

Congrats!! I love the way that black looks on the side! Enjoy!!

Thank you, I'm actually thinking about rewrapping them in carbon instead of just black. Found a site called http://www.minimotoringgraphics.com that have the A panel graphics pre-cut, but am guessing they will want a mint so will probably go with the carbon 3M vinyl the ECS Tuning has, $26 for a big enough roll to do the 2 A panels.

That'll look nice! I just bought my '09 pepper white clubby and am looking at doing some fun graphics and side mirrors to it. So, it's great to see what everyone has done.

We=e do carry the Di Noc 3M material and you could create your own pattern with that silver and black / carbon material . Some People do there interior panels and dash.

welcome and enjoy the MINI. You definitely will not regret getting the JB+. I would also look into getting the lower mount insert. It is relatively inexpensive and a good mod.

JB+, MM Ram air intake, M7 Vortex 2 scoop and alta upgrade BOV spring all be here on Wednesday!!! Tell me more about the mount insert, is it a motor mount?

Nice start on the mods!

The mount inserts are stiff rubber inserts that you put inside the lower engine mount. Real easy install. The insert stiffens the mount and reduces the engine torqing, thuse putting more power to spin the wheels. Handling is slightly improved as well as shifter feel because the engine/trans moves less from the stiff inserts.
