How do you get the rear bumper cover off?

The top portion of the cover is cracked. I have a new one painted and ready to go. I spent all afternoon trying to figure out how to get the bumper off the car. I had all the torx screws out of the tail lights, I had all the Phillips screws out of the trim piece for the tail lights out too. I had the bottom screws out as well. I had the rear wheels off and the well panels partially dismantled but could not see how to get it apart and what else was holding it on. I don't want to damage any of the other trim. Was as I am selling the car and need to get this fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Been a few years, I remember taking the inner wheel wells out and the painted or black trim piece around the wheel wells out to access hardware. I never messed with the tail lights to get the rear bumper cover off. Seems like a couple screws visible from underneath middle also.

Found an install video for a trailter hitch on etrailer. I am mildly annoyed with myself and major annoyed with the sadistic German engineer that thought of how this connects to the car.
