My left (Driver's Side) rear barn door will not open
I have purchased the new lock, but need some info on how to unlock the existing lock to access it and replace it.

I have seen other posts, but nobody says exactly how you access the left rear barn door if the lock won't work.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Dallas, have you replaced the passenger (US right side) barn door latch?
Because the latches are control / monitored by the CAN-BUS system.
And the driver (US left side) barn door won't release because the control unit thinks the passenger door is still closed.
There's been a service bulletin regarding such that; check with your local dealer on availability and replacement.
