Thanks to the help on here I tried changing up the pressure in my tires to help alleviate the really bad tramlining/jerkiness of MINIs. Much to my delight, lowering the pressure really does help in a noticeable way. I have all of my tires set at 35 psi right now, and HIGHLY recommend lowering from what MINI recommends (38 psi) -- it's a bad recommendation from them unless you have a fully loaded car with four passengers, etc., or unless you happen to like the steering wheel jerking around in your hands like it has a life of its own. :lol:

Yes, the jerkiness is still there, but it's down to a manageable level now and I can deal with it in exchange for having such a tight handling car. There's a tiny bit more "slop" in the tires now on the curves but it's barely noticeable at all, and the tradeoff is totally worth it, for me. With my other suspension mods this car is just an absolute beast on the twisties.

I run 36 all around. 38 seems a bit high.

I am at 35 psi all the way as well...seems to be the best balance :thumbsup:
