congrats to all clubman owners

I received a loaner clubman S from my dealer. My R53 needed some TLC. I am not sure if I can return the clubman back. They will need to pry off my hands. This is the perfect family MINI. enjoy your very fun and special cars.

i already built three different clubmans on the MINI site. I would love to trade up to one but it is not feasible at this time. Hopefully ina year or so.

I just hope that the service dept gets busy this afternoon and I get to keep the clubman overnight.

Thanks for the props! I agree with you but I am a little biased. While I didn't need the Clubman for a "family", I did need it for my 3 Labradors.

It's hands down the perfect car for me! Hope you get to enjoy another day with it!

But as i see it the "3 Labs" are your "Family"

I know our "Christie" (black lab) is part of our "family"

Well I totally agree with you, but non-dog people don't get that most of the time, so I tend to avoid the topic.

Maybe you'll have a Clubman in the family sooner than you think...

Yes, thanks - it's always heart warming to hear compliments like that from a MINI coupe driver.

This is funny! Imagine that: wishing the service department gets backed up big time while trying to fix your car! My advice: enjoy the Clubbie while you can!

That is the whole reason I got the Clubman! My 4 year just adores the car - especially when we crank the "Lightning McQueen" song. Makes me motor a little more aggressively.

This post just shows how devious those Mini dealers can be. Chilimac, you are being used. They knew that you would drive the Clubbie S and immediately come to the NAM website and post your message. Thus, free advertising. How low can they stoop?

Chilimac, I was at MITM this year and test drove a Schomp MINI Clubman S which was there for us to drive. I LOVE the power it had over my justa Clubbie. I felt the same way returning it after the test drive.

I agree. I was suppoed to get an enterprise rent a car. When I went into the dealership yesterday morning I think my SA remembered me fom club events etc and 'found' a clubbis S with a 6 speed. I built so many clubbies on the website over the course of two days that it has become an issue. MUST STOP.

Also they called to tell me that they will need to keep my car overnight for additional work, music to my ears!!!

My two labs love riding in the clubman, especially with the cargo liner options I got from poochstyle.com.

"Car"pe Diem

I started looking into getting a Clubbie in July - then decided to wait until January to order so I'd get it in the Spring, have the tax check in hand, etc. Didn't want to get it in the winter.

But I couldn't stand it, called around and got on an October order date and my SS/PS Clubbie is "produced but not shipped" per my MA. So should be here in a few.

The longer you wait, the less you'll get for your trade-in, if you're trading in. You'll have to wait once you put in the order - you really want to do all that waiting!!?!!?!?!?
