Track your MINI by going to the Owners' Lounge (ol.miniusa.com), and by calling 1-866-ASK-MINI... a lot. Don't be afraid to talk to an actual person, either. They often have more info than your MA. There's more tracking info over in the "First Gear" section of the forums. There might even be a support group for your particular week.
