Believe its Thule , there was no markings on the box , but it shares the same design Thule 820 expedition. To get the old one out, its a simple key. Get a locksmith to do it. Then Get a new one with lock cylinder and remember the keys.

Very nice, You can get the outside and inside mirror caps in that Factory MINI Alien Green.

Just want to let you know , it will match the stipes a little better.
