I liked the Rally Ed. bits. I say put them back on

 

Thanks Day, I really love the way it looks with the Rally Edition goodies too but I'm still sour about one of the grills flying off. I'm thinking that when I have it wrapped I can put all the green stuff back on and with the standard LCI non-S grills add some matching green to it... or at least until I find 1 green grill which hopefully one day turns up.

 

How is the transport company not paying for replacement pieces?

 

I had a 2009 Clubman.. Until last February, when it was hit and consequently written off.

I really liked it. Took it all sorts of places. It carried a lot of things
However, I needed a new car, fast, and insurance paid out quite well. I got an excellent deal on a leftover 2012 S hatch.
I had to put a roof rack on it, since it's juuust that much smaller than a clubman inside. Can't fit a bike without taking off both wheels.


Since I miss the way the Clubman's looks and its extra space, and don't like the looks of the new Mini(nevermind the next clubman..) I've ordered a 2014 clubman S, to be built in the next week or two. Apparently the last R55 Clubman the dealer I'm using is getting.

It's BRG like my last one, as that's the best colour. Though I do like eclipse grey. It's an S, unlike my old clubman. Can't go back to a base model after having had an S for a year.

Nice looking configuration! I hope you announce her arrival and post a photo. Is it about two months to get one from a build?
It's a good Clubman testimony.

 

It will be hopefully less than that. It's being built the week of the 24th, so it's possible it might get on a ship on the 30th. Then it's a week crossing the ocean. After that it's another week on the train getting halfway across Canada. Maybe longer.
I'm hoping to see it mid-April.

 

At least then the snow will be gone and the salty sand will be cleaned up. Lol.

 

Here is my new 2014 Clubman S Spice Orange Metallic and Black. I traded in a 2011 WRX for it. Before the WRX I previously had a 2002 R53 S. I missed the MINI glad to be back.

Nice, really like the Hampton, the interior piping on the seats and the dash are pretty cool. As well as all the matching color items like the floor-mats, stipes, etc. ..




They have Ray Line edition caps for those , maybe don't want to change your as they match , but it give color options to people with those wheels on other models.

The wheels you have on your current mini are really desirable since they are 16 inch. I would love to have them on my clubman. If you order 16 inch rims on your new clubman, I recommend you put those wheels on it. They are the best set of 16 inch Mini wheels around. Very rare. KEEP THEM. They will fit , TPSM and all.
