Today I checked my weight on my MINI Clubman JWC 2013.
With half a gas tank so the weight 1280kg (2821.91696 Pounds (lb))

 

I drove it to Target to get 70 lbs of kitty litter...


...for the cats, not the driveway.

I'm happy so far, seems like a great test to see if you really want black wheels. They looked great as Mat black, good as "glossy" black. They just didn't shine up as much as I thought they might. I bought the wheel kit from www.dipyourcar.com/

Out with the chrome...

Upgrades are:
1. JCW grill and trim
2. Black/clear turn signals
3. Black headlight rings
4. Tint

Still to come:
1. Smoke fender lights (need to install)
2. Mini carbon antenna (need to install)
3. Magnaflow exhaust (need to order) good?
4. Air filter kit (what should I get?)
5. Maybe plasti dip rims???
6. What other engine upgrades can I easily do?

 

Looks good, I think the biggest change is going to the black wheels. Kind of makes it look mean and lowered.

This is my first Mini and it's AWESOME! It won't be my last, I'm sure! I ordered it at around the end of April, but waited until just last weekend to take delivery because of the lease on my BMW. Boy, never thought I'd say this, but I sure don't miss the Bimmer (we've leased three 3 series and two 5 series the last 8 years and got tired of the poor gas milage).

Don't see many of the Sparkling Silver color Clubman. Yours looks nice. I have a 2011 SS (Last year of the color). So far I have enjoyed putting stripes on the hood and the checker board squares on the top. Hope to soon put black checker stripe along the bottom of the doors and have my rocker panel painted SS to match the rest of the car.

 

The all black looks great. . Post some pictures of the seats and interior.
