Where's the CD Changer connectionin a cabrio
 
Got the DICE unit and want to hook it up but cannot find the CD Changer connection on my 05 MCSC. Where to look. I think it is in the same place as the mythical power outlet in the boot...

They are on the right (passenger) side under the seat belt tensioner. You have to remove the liner on that side. See this thread about installing a bitzsafe. The install is similar.

Hey - on a related note, I was vacuuming my Cabrio the other day and noticed a long thin plug under the driver's seat. Any idea what that's for?

Maybe the cable is for the nav system -- it's under the driver's seat in the cabrio.
