P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction
P1777 Wheel speed sensor.

Check the wheel speed sensors and fix. Then clear codes and see if they come back.

Need to get the MINI diagnostic software and read the computers out as the 700 fault is a very generic fault and doesn't give you any real info.

Thank you guys for the tips. Definetely will be looking into the wiring since I had the control arms bushings replaced and the mechanic who did it is not Mini specific. Is so annoying to have the dash looking like a xmas tree!

I'll keep you posted!

Which software would you reccomend? I have a little ELM327 Bluetooth Ebay adapter plugged in and I read the codes through the Torque app right now. I've been able to clear other codes before, but these ones keeps popping up right away, so I know the fault is a real one.

Thanks!

So yeah, I think I found the P1777 code... disconnected ABS sensor at the front right wheel. Plugged it in, cleared de codes with Torque and didn't pop up again.

The P0700 persists though, I wonder if they forgot to plug in something else. Where is the transmission control module located? (automatic agitronic trans)

Thanks again!

Thanks! I'll look there and on the underside of the car, to see if there's anything unplugged.

UPDATE: Everything looks plugged in, but I'm having the dreaded 3-4 flare, with 65k miles on the odometer . Maybe that's the reason P0700 popped up. I'm reading this thread now: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ed-at-80k.html Hope I can find some answers there!
