So long story short a year and a half I bought this mini and since then I've been taking really good care of it and also having a blast!

In real estate, it is location, location, and location. In used car, it is mileage, mileage, and mileage.
Actually history of ownership is very important. e.g. You cannot reverse oxidation of the sheet metal. So you took very good care of it for 1 1/2 years. What about the rest of it life? Missing these crucial information, and tiny photos I doubt any serious buyer will bother.
