Windows don't go down using toggles switch but will from upper central console

I have a weird problem; my front windows will not go down when using the toggle switches but when I use the wind shield centre console switch all 4 windows go down like normal. At this point I can use the toggle switch to bring the windows back up but they will still not go down. Is this just a programming problem?

Try resetting your ECU. My R53 would do something similar and the reset would fix it. You may have to do it a couple times though.

Check that the toggle switch is plugged in all the way on the back.

The over head switch control those rear windows. The front toggle are only for the front windows.

I reset the ECU and now the drivers side is working, I plan on trying again tomorrow to see if I can get the passenger side to work.
