Top won't lock when closing
 

Hoping someone can help. I repaired a broken cable on my convertible top. It fixed the problem, but now I have another issue. When I first completed the repair, I did have the cables out of sync when I first opened the top. I think I fixed that.

Now the sunroof will open and close with no problems. When I open the top all the way everything seems to work fine there. However, when I go to close the top, the bars come down but don't latch and the top won't close beyond the opening of the sunroof. The hydraulic motor just keeps running as long as I'm holding the button. And I get a red flashing light on the button. I think it's a sensor, but I don't know where to start.

Does anyone have any ideas?:impatient:
