R50/53 I know it's pretty roomy, but is it roomy enough?

Just curious if it's possible to get down and dirty in this thing. Plenty of leg room and seat tilt leads me to believe it is, but is removal of the center armrest necessary for additional clearance?

Yes. And know you know why I removed my backseat for a custom flat RSD

I'm sure it COULD be done. It can also be done standing up in a hammock, but why?

Get a room....after a couple of hours of that, the interior of the MINI would be trashed and somebody'd need a chiropractor!

Being 6'4" i dont think I am gonna try this, I believe I wouldnt be able to move for a few days. I do wish I could get the blueprints in a full sized poster though, it would be great for the college dorm

That's why I carry some wet-naps/handy-wipes in the glove box. Perhaps integrating one of those Sharper Image seat massagers into the front seats would help out as well.

As for the hours in the MINI, I'm not sure anyone is looking for some pillow talk or cuddling after to warrant being in uncomfortable positions for an extended period of time.

^ hahahahah I love it.

I also found that just putting both front seats completely forward (like when you want to let someone in the back) and then taking advantage of all the xtra space in the back is pretyy good
