Has anyone else ordered from this Vendor and haven't received their product. I ordered a set of Checkered Eyes on 10.12 and have not received anything nor a response to my e-mails inquiring about my order. There's no phone number to call and to speak to any one about my order. Any suggestion to get contact with this company.

 

I placed an order over the summer and needed to make a return. It took awhile for me to get a response too. The owner was in the hospital at the time. But I did get everything resolved. I'd email them again.

 

Hearing about this doesnt make me want to order the set of eyes i wanted to get, ill prob just wait til i know the owner is doing well

I got my checkmate eyes from the group buy. They were very helpful over the e-mail (motorswag@gmail.com). You can also try a PM, they go by DVLMINI here on NAM.

I think the checkmate eyes weren't available at the date you ordered them, since the group buy (early order) ones didn't ship until 10/17 & 10/18. I also think that was clearly stated on their website.

I've ordered from Jeff before, great service.

 

I had the same problem with them. I ordered mine on Ocober 3 and they arrived las friday the 27. I had to contact them at motorswag@gmail.com. The person that handled my case was Jeffrey delaRosa. At first they wanted me to order them again at half price. I told them that it was not neither my fault nor theirs that the item got lost on the mail. I was lucky enough to get it on the 27 and avoid ordering them again. Hope yours arrive soon!

The owner e-mail today and ask if I was in a group buy, hopefully this is part of the confusion and get my eyes asap.
