I like the look of the MINI with the chrome grill. Is it offered in the USA as an option and if not does anyone know if or when it will be.

The simple answer is that no, it is not currently an option on the MCS. However, some dealers may be willing to part with the chrome grill from a MC that they put an aero kit on. Or, you may be able to ask your dealer to save the next one that they do. But, I hear that the top piece of the bottom section is held in with an adhesive, and is durn near impossible to get off without severely damaging the chrome. You could also just order the MC grill from your dealer, or pretty much any auto body shop could get it and even install it. I think the grills are identical as far as attatchment points and size, just a different color (see, I'm kinda partial to the chrome grill also)

I hear that its an option in Europe, but sadly not here. I have seen some pictures of some that added the chrome grill. They, like phil said, either ordered the grill from their dealer, or was able to get one from someone that added the aero kit.
