Does anyone have information on RPM's @ specific speeds for the "S" in 6th gear? I do know that 4000 rpm = 98 mph. I am curious what other rpm's owners have seen at 100, 110, 120, 130 & 140, that could correlate to the ones I have seen.
I drive mine everyday and have almost 10,000 miles on it so far (10/02 delivery). This is mostly highway miles, between Los Angeles/San Francisco and Fresno, CA. High speed crusing has produced mpg numbers of between 25-26 on mine. :eek:

You're ahead of my suggestion Mark - although "Under the Bonnet" seems more appropriate (hey, you're the Moderator!)
--------------------------------------------------

MPH = RPM in 6th gear:
70mph= 2897rpm (legal max for most of us normal people :razz: )
80mph= 3310rpm
90mph= 3724rpm
96.7mph= 4000rpm (peak torque of 155 lb-ft)
100mph= 4138rpm
110mph= 4552rpm
120mph= 4966rpm
130mph= 5379rpm
135mph= 5586rpm (electronic limit)

Lots of fun, enjoy!
(not responsibe for any stupid acts, like speeding)
Cheers,
Ryan
