Long Beach Mini It's all good

I wanted to post this because it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I went in today with my finance check ready to face the painful process of actually buying the car. I had one of the dudes show me the car. it looked great as all of our new Mini's do. I got taken in to the Manager and he asked a few questions and was excited for me and my new Mini and moved me along to the finance guy. Now in the past, the finance guy is the guy who for me is like seeing the dentist. You now ya gotta see him but you cringe when you just think about the pressure he will put on you to buy this and that..and if you don't he will make your life a living hell for the time you are there. (no offense to the dentists out there) Anyway, I signed a few papers, and then he throws the contract in front of me and says, sign in the yellow areas. Then he asked how much my interest is and I tell him and he says, BMW can beat that, how much do you make? I tell him and he gives me a lower rate, no hassle, no pressure, no extra paperwork, just less interest. That's it...then they take me to a nice lady who show me everything about the car and the Manager comes back over and says goodbye and enjoy the car. Did I mention I bought this car in California for MSRP and did not put one cent down payment? In fact, i never signed any paperwork at all when I placed the original order, I just called them and 5 minutes later, I had a production order. Anyway, that was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced so I wanted to share. LB MINI Rox  I highly recommend them to anyone buying in California.

:thumbsup:Yup....sounds a lot like my experience at LB MINI, fitch. I've purchased two MINIs from them since 2002, and both were THE most pleasant experiences imaginable! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a MINI.

Long Beach MINI/BMW is a very nice dealership. They take good care of their employees and their customers. It means a lot to me that both Matt Limburg and Tony Lage are still there, as they are the original and only Motoring Advisors at LB MINI! You'll find that LB's newly updated MINI Service department is excellent, too.:thumbsup:

I also agree as I bought my car there a couple weeks ago.

Not only was everyone great the day of, but they've been great afterwards (going back with questions, purchasing accessories, etc)
