R50/53 Can You Spot The "Deliberate Mistake"

Two different animals. The Miata is better handling car (more neutral) and has much more power available in the aftermarket, which I can not see the MINI coming close to. The MINI is a very good handling car but it suffers from push (not as much as most) but it still is a great car- the slalom numbers bear this out. I have autocrossed stock Miatas, moddified Miatas and MINIs. The MINI makes me look good on a bad day, but the Miata on a good day makes me look great (on a bad day I get sick from all the spinning). Maybe as I learn how to drive the MINI in anger my opinion will change. Excuse me while I put a flamesuit on...
