I think she looks awesome! I am jealous - I was debating between the black and white mod graphics or hot pink. I went with the mod look (I love Minervas clothes) but Malibu Stacy looks hot!!!!!

Your ride is sweet too! And I like that you also have a matching outfit!

I have to apologize for this "UGLY" (?) line comment since I'm the one that posted the pic. Normally, a photographer should capture the accentuated curved lines, which I didn't.

To make it up, here's still another photograph of her bonnet, sans the bra line. A close inspection will show you all the other MINIs in her court.

(No comments about "orange peel" since it was a cold afternoon. )

Truthfully, you'd have to see this ride in person to fully appreciate its sexiness. And I say this with all sincerity. (Those that know me are aware of my fondness for black.) But, in actuality, black metal is not very easy to photograph, especially when it's clean with plenty of curves.

Photos, for better or worse, simply show what is. Beauty (and sexiness) are in the eyes of the beholder.

My opinions are that the photos were very well done, and Malibu Stacy looks sexy. I am quite pleased with both!

I was thinking the pink black and white union jack on the mirror caps, but all pink would be hot too!

And how about pink rims :P

I'll chime in after lurking in this thread since it started. . .

I absolutely LOVE the pink and black theme: simple, classy, and different.

I agree with TSB that all-pink mirror covers might really look nice. . . .

Also agree with whoever said pink dash on the interior.

If i had a black mini, i'd go pink body, black rims with a pink lip, pink and black dash/ door panels, pink shift ****, pink leather seats, some sort of pink black roof graphic... and if it was possible, a pink fading to black tint. Good thing i have yellow, i'd go broke.

I'd also go chrome grill too I also love the two driving lights off chrome grills... that screams class.

Couldn't she do a chrome ring accent around the black mirror to tie into the chrome pin stripe on the bonnet stripe? I dunno....might look nice (picture is white mirror-not black, but you all get the idea )

Wow, I just keep coming back here to look at your MINI. That must tell you something, right? This makes me really want to do something to mine, now to figure out what....

I feel exactly the same way... BatGirl's Mini is totally original and 1 of a kind. Nice!

All pink mirrors would be cool but wouldn't pink interior surfaces look cool (like how they do silver/anthracite/body color from factory)!

The pink stripes and union jack look great ....I also have pink stipes on my PW MINI. My dream though is a pink MINI, a nice dusty rose lipstick pink with white bonnet and boot stripes....

I do believe if MINI decided to offer a limited production pink MINI there would be quite a line of ladies (and perhaps others?) to nab one!

WOW! I never expected to see so much support for pink, and so many creative color-coordinating ideas (especially from the guys!)! Thank you so much to all who have offered compliments. It's nice to have validation that my concept wasn't just completely crazy!

I'd be in that line too. But mine should be of the bubblegum shade.

Oh it's crazy all right, but hey, it's a MINI! Try that on any other car and you'd be nuts, but on a MINI....perfect!! And on a MINI named "Malibu Stacy"?!?!?!?!?! Seriously...could it be any better.

Please stop talking me into the pink paint job again

Stick with Lenore, Samantha!

Do you already have personalized plates for Malibu Stacy? I 'm drawing a blank.

I photoshopped the plate to be blank as a courtesy.

I only feel that way on the "incorrect" thread, Chowsie. I know you have great matching ability, particularly when it comes to checkered patterns!

TSB: My 8-12 week wait is still in progress...
