Stroller question...anyone have a Phil and Ted's E3?
We're expecting our first little motorer in January , and have been looking at strollers. Of course, one of our major criteria is that it has to fit in the back of the MINI (without folding the seats down).
After a lot of research, I think we've settled on the E3 by Phil and Ted's Most Excellent Buggy Company ( ). On the MINI2 forums, there are several Aussies who like the stroller and say it fits in the back. I'd love to hear from some US MINI owners who have the stroller. Anyone out there with experience? Thanks! |

There is an old thread about strollers here..
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...light=stroller I have no interest, as my mini-motorers are now motoring themselves, but remembered seeing it before. You may want to read it all, or just part of it. Or even pm Richard (octaneguy - he is awfully nice) who started it. Models may have changed since it began, but there are 67 posts and the newer ones may address that, too. Happy motoring and best wishes with the new addition! |
Well, I don't have any young ones yet, but I can say this.
In Germany there are a lot of Minis running around. I have seen several ladys with kids and stroller fold them up and drop them into the back seat and boot easily. So, as long as you get one that folds flat, you shouldn't have a problem. |
Awww thank you!!! You are too nice.
Here's the article I first wrote when I researched strollers http://www.littlemini.us/gallery/baby.asp This is the stroller I bought and continue to recommend http://www.littlemini.us/gallerypix/baby/DSCN8958.jpg http://www.littlemini.us/gallerypix/baby/DSCN8960.jpg My son is 18 months old now--and we still use this stroller. While we have an umbrella stroller which by the way takes almost no room in the boot, but it's just a little too long to fit back there with the shelf in place--- my son falls alseep more easily in the Peg Perego. Quinny zapp
This seems to be the rage in the UK.
I dont think its imported to the states. And it seems a bit pricey. |
