I just wanted to post a quick thank you to Randy at Webb. His business has been growing fairly rapidly (good thing), but the downside is that he hasn't been able to get properly staffed just yet (bad thing for customer serice). BUT, I recently had a minor issue regarding an order of mine that sat around a little longer than desireable and he was more than willing to do the right thing by foregoing the shipping charges. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it was much appreciated. Thanks, Randy.
