R50/53 Thoughts of Checkered Flag MINI, VA Beach & MINI of Sterling, VA?
Thoughts of Checkered Flag MINI, VA Beach & MINI of Sterling, VA?
Anyone bought from these dealerships? The guy (Todd Jenkins) at Checkered Flag seemed sleezy and I have confirmed that he lied to me about the features of the NAV. Jeff at Sterling seems honest, but I am very skeptical of salesmen in general.
Let me know your thoughts!

I like Jeff.
I am going through Jeff at Sterling- he has been easy to deal with so far. Ordered my '06 with him, he did not try to sell me on anything, I went in knowing everything I wanted.
I cannot say enough good things about Jeff @ MINI of Sterling. Go through him! Prompt replies to my emails or calls, very low-pressure throughout the sales process, just a joy to work with. My "Welcome to the Neighborhood!" package arrived weeks after delivery.
He's a good guy. Tell him Jesse (HB/B/B) sent you.

Checkered Flag was very good to me, I delt with October she was very nice owns a Cooper S too...
IMO, you can not expect to have every sales rep know as much about the mini as we do... We spend hours and hours reading the fine details. Most salesman have a good understanding of there product but can't always be right.
Service, is very good a CF Mini/BMW got me right into a Cooper loaner when my Check engine light came on. If they are out of Coopers they try and get you into a BMW..
Good luck..
