No Fender Reflectors in UK!!

Where can I get the wheel plastic trims without the reflectors? Like what they have in UK. Is there a web site that i could order?

I have a set for sale. I got them from a guy in Europe

Unfortunately, the set is for a Cooper, so it doesn't fit my bumpers...

Cost is around 100$canadian, shipped from Europe.

You could just buy smoked reflectors and maintain some of the usefulness of the reflectors.

No they are different. I also thought is was the same fenders for both models, but realized it wouldn't fit as I had removed the front bumper, and both fenders...

Do they make an aero kit bumper

without the reflectors? It is all one piece with the aero bumper. I have seen the arches without the reflectors on mymini but the aero kit doesn't use these. Am I going to have to look for a European aero kit front bumper?

Dumb question here...but don't you guys need those reflectors/lights to be street legal here...I mean, that's why they're on our US cars. Won't they be required at inspection time?? Don't get me wrong, I greatly prefer the non-reflector look, too. Perhaps a non-street application (?), but it seems like a whole lot of trouble to go through.

Legal or not, depending on where you live not everyone has to deal with car inspections.

I too hate the reflectors in the fender flares so I bought a set (4) of Laminx tinited covers. They are pre-cut to fit over the reflector and they blend in with the fender flares, yet the side running lights apperar as normal at night as do the reflectivity. It has been a while since I got them, but I think I ordered them through MiniMania. Anyway, shouldn't take you too long to find them. It is much cheaper than replacing the whole fender flare. Good luck!

No they are not. This is specially true in the 2002-04 bumpers.

I purchased a set of those marker light covers from them and only 2 of thre 4 fit correctly. The others were not even close and completely unusable.

New MINIs sold in Mexico do not require side marker light/reflectors either. You may want to inquiry south of the border....

Its funny here in Texas believe or not it isnt required to have those but we have them cause other states do require it. I thought about swapping them so i got some from a guy in Italy and the funny part is that over in Europe they think the fender reflectors are cool cause its different than what they have. Theres a retrofit for adding them to Euro Spec cars. Its a big deal at MINI2.com. I just laugh at how here in the US we want everything the Euro guys have and the Euro guys want everything that we have.
