I bet you were trying to do your tracking with Wallenius-Wilhelmsen's cargo tracking website. There's a very good chance that your car is on a ship owned by another shipping line. BMW/MINI uses K-Line for trans-atlantic shipping also. Unfortunately, you can't track anything but containerized cargo on their website. You can look up their North Atlantic Shuttle schedule and make a good educated guess as to which ship your car is on and therefore figure out when it will make landfall.

Sndwave, that was funny but antsmini probably didn't think so...

According to Ask MINI, my vehicle is "in transit," which, I'm assuming, is the sames as "en route" on the OL web page.

I believe my car is on the Torrens, but anytime I try my VIN, it says, "No information is available."

Does it just take a couple of days or something?

Mine is on the Virgo Leader and I can't track that boat. From the other schedules you can see online I estimate the boat will be in port sometime this week. If you a February build you'll fine info in this thread. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...247#post502247

Hi,

I don't know if it helps any, but when I was trying to track my Mini I had the same problem. Turns out not all of the vessels have the computer tracking abilities (at least that's what I was told) and if your Mini is on one that doesn't, you just have to wait until it has landed in New York, then you'll be able to track it from there. I've had mine for almost a year now and am loving it. I remember how much fun it was to try to follow it along from birth to delivery I took my "sonogram" to work and showed everyone...they thought I was nuts.

It happened to me too. Be patient, you'll have it soon. The call from your MA will be much more exciting this way.

1. If your VIN doesn't show up on WW it's probably on K-Line.
2. Call your MA and get the Bill of Lading
3. Call K-Line at 800-609-3221 and choose the auto cargo option
4. Give them your BoL and they'll tell you if it's on one of their ships.

Good luck.

Well I can track my boat, you just need to use secondary sources, like sailwx.com I think it is called and such. Mines on it's way to NJ then to SC where my Vader JB/B MCS is getting off.
