BMW Corporate Communications’ team update

From 1 January 2003, BMW Great Britain’s Corporate Communications team will have a new face and a new MINI Media Relations Manager.

Natalie Wakefield will be heading up the MINI PR team taking over the role previously held by Mark Harrison. Her new telephone number is 01344 480110 and e-mail, natalie.wakefield@mini.co.uk. Ellysia Graymore remains as Media Relations Executive for MINI and the principal contact for MINI bookings from the MINI press fleet on
01344 480739.

Natalie’s previous role is taken by Duncan Forrester who becomes the new BMW Media Relations Manager with responsibility for BMW product PR. Duncan has been at BMW Great Britain for eight years, most recently as Internal Communications Manager. His telephone number is 01344 480855 and e-mail, duncan.forrester@bmw.co.uk. He will be joined in the new year by a second BMW Media Relations Manager whose appointment will be announced in due course. The responsibility for BMW’s growing product line-up will then be split between the two.

Gina Barnes remains responsible for BMW press fleet bookings and is being assisted in this role by Ben Shaw, one of the BMW Great Britain graduates on a year placement in Corporate Communications. Gina’s telephone number is 01344 480626.

Natalie, Duncan, the new Media Relations Manager and Gina will report into Mark Harrison who was appointed to the role of Corporate Communications Manager on 1 November 2002.
