That right. Now to find a remote to match.
Cheers,

I may live to regret this...
I may live to regret this, but here goes. I need to figure out an appropriate personal plate for my newly aquired '05 MCSC (BRG w/ black top). Just to make things even more interesting, I'm thinking of replacing the plate on my other vehicle: a 2001 Ford Excursion 4x4 diesel (two tone black over tan). Let's hear what you've got.

I've had the custom plate bug for a long time. On Speedy, I went with "HUGE" (fun, ironic, couldn't help myself)...
Years ago, on a Vette, I had "SO IN DET"...
Before that, on a Camaro Z28, "MY 1ST Z"...

How about BIG1 for the MCSC and LITL1 for the Excursion.

Here's my newly aquired tag.
Excursion & Mini
I like the SUV NOT idea, and the BIG1 / LITL1 is cool too. Too bad Virginia doesn't allow an exclamation point on their plates. "!SUV" would add to the geek factor. Maybe come up with something that plays off the ad campaign that MINI ran for the initial US release of the MINI (See attached thumbnail). Regardless of what plates I go with, I will definitely have to find a pair of license plate frames:
"My other car is a MINI" & "My other car is an Excursion"
To tell the truth, I can't really complain about the mileage on the Excursion. The stock 7.3 Diesel with 100k miles gives me about 15-16 around town, and 19+ on the highway (20+ if I'm nice to it). I have friends with the gasoline engines, however, who would kill to get on the highway what I get around town. By the way, the Excursion is necessary when traveling with four large labs, and frequently a camper trailer as well. Two people, four 75 to 100 pound dogs, two weeks worth of gear, and a vacation spot nine miles from the closest road. Have also carried four adults & six large dogs when going to dog events and activities.
Thanks,
- Jim L
