Well...my fiance` planned to get me one for Xmas/b'day, and we placed the order, but times got tough and now we are sadly having to remove the order. Maybe before this time next year I can place the order again. Sorry for wasting the bandwidth...see you all out on the road...please don't be mean to the loser in the Yellow Ford Ranger...

So sorry to hear that...but you can get it another time. I know what you mean-I ordered mine in June, right after I had gotten a raise at work, got it in August, and found out early Novemebr that my position was being eliminated! I am looking for a job right now, but I may just have to move out of my apartment and live in my MINI!!!

Too bad about the Mini right now. It's just not your time, that's all. Just think . . . when you get yours, it will be smarter, faster, and stronger than the ones on the road now. psst . . . (I heard that they build new ones every day) so don't get down on yourself, you have a Mini state of mind right now, so enjoy that. Plot, plan, and when the time comes, you will have a Mini, too.

What a great fiance'! Remember it's the thought that counts! Well, maybe not when you're hoping for a Mini. Time will pass quickly and then the car of your dreams will just happen along. Just think, maybe you'll get to buy one after all the bugs are out! Depressing as it may seem now, good things do come to those who wait!

If you see my DS/WT MCS running around the Tampa Bay area (not that you would unless you're vacationing here or something) flag me down and I'll remember the yellow ranger and let you take mine for a spin to tide you over.

You seem to have a good hold of your priorities, which is good. No need to to be appologtic. It'll come in time. And yes, by then, you'll have a more superior MINI than the ones out now. Maybe 250hp??? There'll be more where these came from, don't sweat it.
