I had my 2004 MINI S serviced at Crevier MINI (in Orange County, CA) today. The appointment was easy to make, although it was a two-week wait for a loaner car because they are super busy. No big deal. I got there at 7:15am prompt and the service advisor - Todd Lockwood - was there to greet me right away. He looked over the car, I told him my concerns, and he put it in the computer. Fifteen minutes later I was driving to the office in a brand new complimentary BMW 325 loaner car. I got a call from Todd at 3:00 telling me that my car is ready. He sat down with me as soon as I got there and went over everything that they did. They fixed the sensor in my gas tank that was causing my gauge to not work, they changed the oil, updated the software, did the recall thingy, lubed the steering rack, and once again I was out of there in fifteen minutes. I was very impressed with the service and Todd is great. The MINI runs better than ever. Absolutely no hint of yo-yo from dead stop to 6,000 RPM. It is running silky smooth.

The bad: When I got outside to get my MINI, there was a small scratch in the door! It is about an inch long and deep. Todd immediately helped me set up a time to get it repaired and helped me reserve a loaner car. I am extremely bummed about the scratch but they are going to take care of it. Defecation occurs.
