You can see the m45 snout bolted onto the block. On the back side I'm going to weld a mounting tab onto the m62 original bypass port that's used when it's configured for a Cobalt SS

You have made several disparaging remarks towards people trying to help you, yet... I'm the bully?

Granted, your enthusiasm is commendable, your methods and results are questionable. You are the flat-earther of the forum.
Flat-earthers try to prove their theories, but their methods and results are... well, you know.
You go about your processes with the right mind-set, but somehow always fail when it comes to the results.

but plz teach me how to drift my mini...lol
Cool, we can trade expertise.
You can teach me how to shop for wheels that don't fit under the fenders and how to build a "performance built car for power" that has never seen an 13 ET or better.

And I can teach you how to snow drift at 15mph :D

Me ? Im just a realist... I'm not gonna take what some guy posts as fact who's never used the said product. I don't care what his expertise or credentials are , I was asking not what someone could repost but what someone has done or seen In person. Lol I don't mind being wrong...haha it's part of life . Live and learn and mistakes will be made along the way but you learn from your mistakes... I take advice BUT I WONT take advice that's just been quickly googled and reposted.
leave my Grey mini ALONE lol.. it will hit 13s this season mark my words , I just had to get the tune dialed in abit more and learn to launch the car..o ya , and it helps if you actually run the complete 1/4mile befor letting off .. hahaha I found out I was letting off early , there was a change In track surface I thought was track end buy it was abit past that. So I guarantee that's atleast .5 of my time rite there alone. But atleast I'm man enough to post up my successes AND my failures. I do so in hopes there others , like me that find and can use the info AND DATA AND FACTS not guesses and theories.
I don't get ur beef with me man but I do anything I can to help out people in this community. That's why this forum is here. I too see things that are obvious TO ME that people have asked and done but I didn't flame them for it or insult them. Just chill out man. Keep your bullshittery to your self. But if you wanna help me , feel free to do so. But please don't post assumptions on questions.
you feel me ?

I agree, a bigger blower is the way to get more power, as opposed to trying to spin the little stock blower too fast. With a positive displacement blower, once you get past a certain pressure ratio (input psi vs output psi), all you do is add additional heat.

Custom 3D printed intake adaptor?
If so what filament to combat the heat?

People tend to forget some engine parts, not just brackets, can actually be 3D printed and work just fine.
(I've got to get my printer space done so I can get the printer up and running this winter.... Sorry, thinking out loud....lol)

Going to just frame mount the W/P, I'm guessing?
