R53 MCS Manual Transmission Fluid Leak

So I recently replace the oil filter housing gasket and so far that fixed my oil leak. Only today there was another puddle under my car after looking at the fluid it seems to be transmission fluid due to its reddish clear appearance. Is there any place that it could be coming from other than the shaft seal. I did do a clutch a couple months ago and didn't replace that seal so do you think that maybe one of the drain bolts may have come loose or is there any other place that could cause that leak. Thanks!

i learned that if your inside the transmission and that $5 seal you question if you should buy and replace that seal, that answer is yes because that will be the reason you prob have to take it apart again after your took it out the first time and thought about if you should of replaced that seal
