My car is an 04 mcs with 208k miles and 6spd with full interior. I put the mini in minimal when it comes to track experience and i consider my self an average manual driver. Temp is going to be 80-90degree F' and 70-80% humidity. My mods are as follow....
: tires are firehawk indy 225/50r16 on xlites , 17% pulley, catless header and pacesetter exhaust , intake , msd wires with range colder ngk's but noname coil , asi intercooler , 550cc injectors and tuned by adrian...
I guess I will not a best of 14.6 at 97mph

I predict you will have a lot of fun.
I'm guessing this is 1/4 drag? From what I understand, these aren't really straight line speed cars. That being said, please post pictures of your slips. I'm very curious to see what it runs.
Makes me miss driving my Lightning at times. R53 is very fun to drive in almost every other aspect.
Stay safe out there. Good luck

It's not really great at drag racing unless you have stupid amount of power. I've tried mine stock in 2010 and I've done worse than I was doing with my Sunfire. To me 14.6 seems a bit optimistic, those cars are pretty heavy at 2600 lbs.

Well, I'm neutral on my time..heres my best slip. I let my car fully cool down befor the run but even then because of all the people there by the time I got on the line intake temps were in the 120s. Temp outside was 95 and terrible humidity.
I feel like I could have knocked off ATLEAST .4 on that run had I had my buddies tires and better temps. Unfortunately i had to run on my ebay force hena 205/15r15 all season tires which are GARBAGE for traction.
But it's still respectable imo for these cars as I bet with ideal condition and a better driver I feel like the car very well could break 13s..
what are your guys opinions on my time ?
