Parking brake won't engage after brake job

We replaced the front and rear pads and rotors last weekend on our 2004 mini and now the parking brake no longer will hold the car still. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link but only states how to adjust the cable and not the calipers unless I want to buy their $90 book.

Hopefully this will help.

You might want to consider buying it anyway. Uncle Bentley is actually a pretty good investment for working on these cars. Lots of used copies out there for <<$90; got mine on EvilBay for around $75 in like-new condition. People also sell them here on NAM from time to time, The Bentley parking brake adjustment / R&R excerpt, beginning page 340-28:
