Can you run with no belt
Can you run your r53 with no belt to try in locate a pulley or sc issue??

No. You water pump is hooked to supercharger. Will over heat.

Yes I know that . But can you run it for like 30-45 seconds just to see if it's your supercharger making noise or just a pulley

For a short time yes. Did it a few weeks ago on mine.

Yes. I did just that to get the car on a tow dolly when the crank pulley/harmonic balancer self-destructed.

Like above, Yes you can. I had to move mine when the alternator seized and did so with out the belt.
Make sure you have a good charge on you battery as the car will run off of it seeing as the alternator will not be supplying the juice
